A TOWNHOUSE IN THE CENTER OF MADRID

This home is located in the center of Madrid, next to a park and on a slope that offers great views over the city and the Madrid mountains. These were two plots joined by a narrow stretch of land. It was decided to build two building volumes joined by a narrow walkway. The house has 600 square meters and four floors made of industrialized white concrete supported by a metal structure.

The use of iron on the ground floor and the black fence make the forcefulness of the concrete of the upper volume lighter by creating a vision of a suspended building.
