This is one of our most popular home designs. This reduced size model (121 meters) opens up to a large, covered porch to generate a certain “inside/outside” feel. The basic model is designed with two bedrooms, although this can be modified. One of the homes we built in Madrid uses a custom version of this design that was adapted to the terrain and has an increased number of square meters.
