NEW HOUSING IN PUERTO POLLENSA (MALLORCA)

In this case it was a sloping plot facing west and a road that leads to the sea. We designed a panel that served as a lattice to filter the sunlight from the west and the entire house overlooked a patio with a pool.

The living-dining room has double height and a kitchen and master bedroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor are the bedrooms with a large terrace with views  of the sea and the bay.
