DEVELOPMENT IN ARROYO DE LA VEGA

Opposite La Moraleja in Madrid, amongst a skyline dominated by steel and glass skyscrapers, there is a small oasis with plenty of trees.

Unique Houses and its developer Dwell purchased a large lot there to build three contemporary concrete homes with glass-walled pools and English-style areaways that will provide light to the basement.

This set of homes, whose construction starts in September of 2019, was entirely reserved after just two weeks.
