Unique Houses is an architectural studio specializing in single-family housing We are responsible for all phases of the process: design, license management, construction and decoration. This gives us full control over the finishes, allowing us to offer one-of-a-kind service to our customers.

We develop unique finishes in artisanal materials: concrete, iron, and wood. Design, fabrication, and craftsmanship come together to make our homes unique and meet the needs of our customers.

We factory produce our concrete structures. This allows for a more efficient construction process, obtaining yields in terms of insulation and finishings that are far superior to traditional, on-site construction. That efficiency translates into cost savings and shorter turnaround times; in fact, we have built homes in less than six months.
